Money Back Terms
 
This Regulation is introduced in order to streamline part of the refund to an individual or legal entity that paid for a paid service (hereinafter referred to as the Customer) to the Crowdfaster.ru.
 
This Regulation defines:
- conditions and procedure for the return of funds; terms of refund; the procedure for informing the Customer about the procedure for the return of funds.
 
1. Refund condition

1.1. Funds (or part of the funds) in the provision of paid services are returned to the Customer in cases where the service paid for by him remains unrealized for various reasons, and the failure to fulfill obligations to provide paid services is due to the fault of the Crowdfaster.ru or the service is of inadequate quality;
- in case of unilateral termination of the contract;
- return of erroneously accrued funds after the discovery of a counting error;
- for other reasons.
1.2. Funds are not returned:
- if the Customer fails to provide the Crowdfaster.ru with proper information, as well as the provision of inaccurate, incomplete or knowingly false information about the features of the product or service posted by the Customer on the Crowdfaster.ru;
- if the Customer violates the rules for using and placing ads on the Crowdfaster.ru;
- when the Customer at any stage of the provision of services by the Crowdfaster.ru performs any actions not agreed with the Crowdfaster that directly or indirectly affect the quality and legality of the Crowdfaster's services;
- if it is impossible to perform the service due to the fault of the Customer.
1.3 Funds are partially returned:
- if the Customer refuses to execute the User Agreement of the Crowdfaster.ru, subject to payment to the contractor of the expenses actually incurred by him.
 
2. List of documents required for the implementation of the refundn

2.1. Refunds are made to the Customer upon submission of the following documents:
1) Application for a refund in any form.
2) The original document confirming payment for this service (if any)
In case of payment for the service by bank card or transfer to the current account of the institution - the details of the bank card or current account
2.2. If necessary, the employees of the Platform may require additional documents from the Customer
2.3. Refunds to the Customer are made:
- by bank transfer in case of payment for the service by bank card or by transfer to the current account of the bank/financial institution through which the Customer's services were paid.
 
3. Terms of refund

3.1. Funds for unpaid services are returned to the Customer within ten days from the date of submission of a complete set of documents and data listed in clause 2.1. of this Regulation.
 
4. The procedure for informing the customer about the procedure for the return of funds

4.1. Informing the Customer with this Regulation occurs when signing a contract for the provision of paid services and is posted on the Crowdfaster's web resource: https://crowdfaster.ru.

 
5. Final provision

Claims and complaints of citizens for non-performance or improper performance of paid services of the Crowdfaster.ru, payment for which was made without financial documents confirming the fact of acceptance of funds, are not accepted.
